Optimization Analysis

This is an essential first step. Working with a TSR optimization specialist, we will analyze your website on the basis of our knowledge of search engine behavior and requirements. We will then prepare an in-depth SEO Analysis Report of your current site which will include but not be limited to the following:

• Web-Business Alignment - this is an executive summary stating how you can better align your web site to your current business purpose and objectives.
• HTML Structure / Architecture – we provide suggestions for improvement of your site’s structure that will more effectively target your customer profiles.
• Optimization Advice and Analysis – we prepare a report that presents advice on improving your web page, plus the advanced analysis that contains detailed information on over 110 parameters on your page that affect your rankings. Optimization advice touches upon factors such as general page properties, head and body areas and off-the-page parameters. Advanced analysis presents exact numbers, i.e. what you have on your page at that moment.
• Density Analysis Report - this search engine optimization report gives a breakdown on the density of phrases used on your page. This report helps you to see what keywords and phrases your page is actually optimized for and whether your optimization efforts influence your on-page parameters.
• SE View Report - it is very important to know what the search engine sees on your page and thus can analyze. Our analysis tool emulates the way a search engine actually views the page. You can see the areas visible to the search engine and understand where else you can apply optimization on your page. SE View Report also helps you prevent page cloaking - a spam technique of using 2 variants of your page - one for the users, and another one for search engine bots.

Keyword/Phrase Analysis

This process precedes any significant site optimization work. Identifying keywords / phrases that bring the desired volume of targeted visitors will have positive, far-reaching effects on your business. We consult with you regarding what you consider are your target audience(s) and business conversion goals. We then ask you to provide what you consider are your top 10 keywords or phrases.

• We examine Google PageRank, Alexa Traffic Rank, and overall number of pages that have included your keyword or phrase in their Title tags.
• We provide you with estimated costs, based on what current ranking sites are paying in the paid-search world, so you can better understand the value of SEO, the organic process of achieving high rankings.

Website Optimization Service

You’ve herad it before, “Content is King,” and it is especially true for SEO. We work with you to ensure your site is delivering content that is both fresh and relevant. Why? Because that is exactly what search engines are looking. You also want content that can be easily indexed by search engines. TSR will provide the following for a set fee:

• Conversion of all existing site files into Dreamweaver templates
• Enable your website to become Macromedia Contribute enabled – this means you are able to easily update your own content as you deem necessary, without relying on external parties that can be very costly
• Redevelop your website in W3C accessibility standards and guidelines. This is critical in making your web site much more search engine friendly as well as prospect friendly
• TSR will incorporate all relevant and search friendly metadata into alt image tags and header tags
• Title all pages with appropriate, searchable terms and target markets
• Include a descriptive site map
• Include manual submission to all major search engines and directories

Monthly SEO Maintenance Service

Once your site is optimized, ongoing activities are required to maintain that optimization. SEO is not static and neither are your competitors. Your website needs to be dynamic to both compete and maintain a superior ranking.

• Each month we provide a position report which details your website placement with the search engines. Data will be analyzed for gains and losses compared to the previous month.
• We monitor search trends and changes in methodology that can affect your search term placements and provide advice as to essential and necessary changes.
• We analyze and monitor web traffic reports provided by your website log reports.
• We conduct continuous keyword research. Some keywords loose popularity due to seasonal changes, market issues, etc.
