What makes the ShoreTel system so special and why has TSR chosen to promote this product over the other VoIP Vendors such as Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, Mitel?
Architecture: The ShoreTel solution is the only system on the market today that was architected and built from the ground-up to be a VoIP system, not reverse engineered to fit a into an existing system based on older technology. 

 Simple, Easy to Use, Easy to Manage: No matter how many locations you have, the system uses a single system image! End of story. No messing around with multiple images. Better yet, when a new version of the software is released, all of the systems, including remotes, can be upgraded from a single console with just a few mouse clicks. Talk about management! You want more, what if a box at a remote site fails? Just swap in a new box with the original IP address and it will go and find its configuration off the main server and boot with no interaction.
